Dog tracker project help I've been trying to build the dog tracker project and I'm having problems with getting my RFM69W to connect. I found all the code from the project github.com/tsaitsai/OpenHab-RFM69?files=1 as well as on the instructable website. m.instructables.com/id/Uber-Home-Automation-w-Arduino-Pi/?ALLSTEPS I'm using 2x R3 ATmega328P CH340 (Arduino UNO). I've read a lot on the forum about pin 8 vs. pin 10 and interrupts and seen schematics for both and tried both including some hacks I read on here about jumping it w a 10k ohm resistor. I'm using a RFM69W + GPS sensor on one Arduino and only RFM69W on the other. I've verified there is no continuity across the RFM69W as a result of sloppy solder. I've verified current and I get 3.3v to the RFM chip. The GPS is working and prints out that RF was sent and the other arduino says its listening for a connection. I've tried the 433mhz and 915mhz freq without success. I've tried multiple sketches but no success. I'm a c++ computer programmer so I didn't feel worried about making tweaks to the GW2.4 to ignore MQTT connection, added more debug, and left the radio code for RFM69W. I added comments for #define IS_RFM69HW (commented it out). I've tried the GW with and without the Ethernet shield, but most testing without it. My GW code gets to the part about radio.receiveDone() but never goes in it. I've added delays in loop code to help me debug but then removed the delays in the GW loop() code because I thought the client may be sending while the server was blocked by the delay() code.
