Anyone find a way to send commands via OpenHab without rooting the wink hub? Was there any progress on the API front that Wink was going to expose? I got a replacement device sent to me from Wink after a support ticket that came with updated firmware.....

Hi...I'm sure you can do it...I've ran across instructions elsewhere. You have to get a key for the API, and it's not local control, it has to go through the cloud.
