The www.adafruit.com board has a 3.3V voltage regulator so you can feed it 5V also a levelshifter so you can use just this board and a 5V arduino. It looks like the www.aliexpress.com is just a breakout board. But I'm not sure on this.

Got 4 boards in and have one on a mega. I have moved the DI0 pin and now have no pin conflicts so its looking good. Attachments:

Added the TFT code to a node and it all fits so thats cool. This will push the limits of a single node for sure! TFT writes are SLOW. Attachments:

Hi Greginkensas, What is the advantage of using this module over using the RFM69HW directly?

This is for 5V nodes. You can use 5V sensors. My LCD is a mega at 5V

Hi Greg...
Nice LCD node! Can you share the code? Are you using touch?

Greg, Did you have any problems getting the Adafruit RFM69HCW to work on your mega? My attempt is not going so well. My mega gateway locks up after a few minutes with the radio activity light on constantly and it takes a reset to bring it back. Adafruit added a pull up resistor on the reset pin and I'm wondering if this would cause issues. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. That was it. It occurred to me last night that the initial interrupt changes I had made in w5100.h file excluded the mega. After making the additions it ran all night.
Thanks for your time!
